The conditions that apply to our visits.

Services and bookings
- We repair domestic appliances across London subject to engineer availability.
- Booking times are confirmed by phone/WhatsApp; delays are communicated promptly.
- Please provide accurate contact, address, and appliance details so we arrive prepared.
Pricing and payment
- Fixed £85 call-out covers diagnosis and the first 30 minutes on-site.
- Parts are quoted and approved by you before fitting.
- Payment is due upon completion; we accept card or cash.
Cancellations and access
- Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- We may cancel or reschedule if safe access, parking, or required info is unavailable.
- Missed appointments may incur the call-out fee.
Guarantee and liability
- Labour and fitted parts are guaranteed for six months unless otherwise stated.
- We are not liable for pre-existing faults, unrelated damage, or data loss in smart devices.
- If an appliance is beyond economic repair, only the call-out fee applies.
